    No. The Lonoke School Clinic operates just like any other clinic. This is NOT a free clinic.

  • How can my child use this clinic?

    For your child to be sent to the clinic from school, they must first be signed up on MyChart. Learn how to enroll your child on MyChart here: https://www.baptist-health.com/patients-visitors/mychart-patient-portal/

    To use this clinic, most insurance companies will require you to change your Primary Care Physician to the Baptist Health Clinic - Lonoke. Dr. Les Anderson is the name to use.

  • Can we get a sports physical at the clinic?

    Yes. The clinic does do sports physicals. You can pay $20 without insurance. Or have changed your PCP to this clinic on file on your insurance.

  • Can the school send my child to the clinic?

    Yes. The Lonoke school nurses can send a student to the clinic, however they must call first.

  • Who takes my child to the clinic from school?

    Since they are minors, a chaperone needs to be present if a parent or guardian cannot come to the clinic with them.

  • Do I have to change my child's PCP?

    It is true that some insurance companies do not mind if you see someone other than your PCP. Contact your insurance company for more details.

  • Are appointments required?

    Yes. Appointments must be made. You can call (501) 266-7265 Monday-Friday from 7:30 to 5:00 to schedule an appointment at the clinic.
