• No matter what path students today choose, when they complete their education they will enter a world where rapid change is the norm.

We are serving students that will have careers that are not invented yet.  We must change our way of teaching and learning to allow students opportunities to be flexible and innovative.  In addition, students will still need to sharpen soft skills that are needed for any career path.

While  facts and knowledge that can be measured by standardized tests will still be important, there are other skills students will need to succeed. The ability to solve problems, think creatively, work collaboratively, and adapt quickly will be essential beyond high school graduation.

We recognize that in order to meet the needs of the 21st century student, we have to rethink what we believe about traditional teaching.
